Creative, Design, & Marketing Operations Executive

I’ve been on set since my teens — running tea, reels, and tapes around buzzing Bombay productions, a PA already trying to make my bones. I came up through the Agency and post-production machine in Chicago - equally obsessed whether the work was on a toothsome indie movie, or a big budget broadcast spot. I eventually made my way to running operations for an award-winning, global creative and design organization.

A non linear path for certain, but one that has led me around and through operational excellence in many realms. That whole-process fluency is the foundation of how I run operations: I build the engine that lets world-class creative scale. Today I lead Global Creative & Design Operations at Logitech, reporting to the Chief Design Officer and shepherding a budget in the ten’s of millions, and owning the operating standards behind a 275-person, multi-disciplinary, worldwide org.

My model is lean by design: an efficient global team governing every contract, SOW, and vendor relationship across Creative & Design worldwide — in lockstep with Legal, Procurement, Security, HR, IT, and Facilities; Global support with regional expertise. Supported by a choiceful but deep vendor bench, I build operational practices that are built to scale and evolve with a team as needs evolve.

Simply put - I turn operational rigor into creative velocity, and I’m ready to do it again.

Values

Humanity first

My favorite part of work is people - I love learning about them, hearing whats important to them, and understanding how I can best support them - how I can include them. It’s important to me to do the work as part of my service too; nine years leading LogiPride, six years mentoring women in tech. Coaching formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs through Defy Ventures. Compassion and empathy are table-stakes - the time spent learning about your community is the real deal.

Trust, earned through transparency

Trust is infrastructure — the thing everything else runs on. I earn it the slow way: open books, clear methodology, no surprises. When people can see how decisions get made — where the money goes, why a priority shifted — they stop bracing for what's next and start building toward it. I've invested years of open books to turn skeptical finance partners into allies, and spent deeply honest months to earn the trust of an inherited team. Every process I build starts from the same premise: show your work, and people will trust the work.

Ego-free systems architecture

The systems I'm proudest of are the ones that run themselves — built to outlast me, documented so they can be handed off. Operations done well is invisible generosity: it hands creative people and leaders back their time and focus. The rigor is never about control, always about clarity.
